Change of Mind:


You may exchange any FME product by emailing hello@fmeapparel.com.au within 7 days of receiving the item. Once the item is returned to us you will be issued a credit note for the value of the purchase - less shipping and handling charges. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business and 'made to order' garments we can not offer refunds for change of mind. 
We will not exchange products if:

  • damaged by abuse or negligence
  • damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
  • the return falls outside of the stated fourteen (7) day period
  • the product(s) is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging
  • the original label/swing tag has been removed.

     
    Returns:


    Please return items in their original saleable condition, unwashed and unused, with tags attached. To return a product, please follow these instructions:

    • email hello@fme-apparel.com.au with order number
    • reason why you are returning the product
    • returns address to FME Apparel, 26 Johnstone Street Castlemaine 3450

     
    Returns on Sale Items:


    No refunds or credit notes will be offered on sale items however we are happy to exchange these items within 7 working days of the purchase.
    End of season sale items are final sales,  and no returns, credit or exchanges are available.

     

    Faulty Returns:


    If your garment is damaged as a result of a manufacturing defect (not the result of normal wear and tear) an exchange can be made for the full amount + shipping. We do not refund or exchange products that are: 

    • damaged by abuse or negligence
    • damaged by misuse or activities other than the intended purpose
    • the return falls outside of the stated fourteen (7) day period
    • the product(s) is worn, damaged or not in its original packaging
    • the original label/swing tag has been removed.
